Date for the Diary - Wednesday 12th February Leinster Annual Regional Conference

I am pleased to inform you that the Swim Ireland Leinster Annual Regional Conference will take place on Wednesday 12th February 2025 at 7.00pm via Zoom. Zoom Meeting details will be issued in due course.

This is an important date in the Leinster calendar and all club members are welcome and encouraged to attend, but only two delegates per club are permitted to vote.

Please find attached to the event details on Gala & Events tab on the website the  Notification to Clubs, which includes details of the current Regional and National vacancies, and nomination forms for these positions (Appendix A). In addition, there is information and timelines for the submission of agenda items or motions, including the Notice of Motion form (Appendix B).

Please also find attached to  the event details on Gala & Events tab on the website, the  Notice of Motion presented by the Leinster Regional Management Committee for the Leinster Annual Regional Conference: To update the  Leinster Region Constitution as per the tracked changes detailed on the third attached document above. The Constitution will be updated if ratified by registered delegates at the Leinster Annual Regional Conference.
